Who we are
Delfingo LLC operates this careers website for recruitment into our own company. Contact [email protected] or write to Delfingo LLC, Des Moines, WA, United States.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit in applications, including contact details, work authorization, relevant experience, links, cover letters, and optional resumes. Job alert registrations may include your email address, U.S. mobile number, job preferences, selected channels, and consent choices. Contact forms contain your inquiry and contact information. We also record consent wording and version, date and time, IP address, browser user agent, source page, delivery events, and opt-out events to document and honor your choices. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, or financial account details.
How we use information
We use applicant information to assess and manage recruitment, communicate about applications, and maintain recruiting records. We use job alert preferences only to provide updates about first-party employment opportunities with Delfingo LLC, administer subscriptions, respond to HELP requests, and honor STOP and other opt-out requests. Inquiry information is used to respond to support requests.
SMS and email choices
Job alerts are optional. Email and SMS use separate controls, and neither is preselected. Applying for a position, creating an email alert, or using another part of this site does not require SMS consent. If you select SMS, Delfingo LLC Job Alerts may send recurring employment opportunity text messages. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also use your private unsubscribe link or contact [email protected].
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties. Communications service providers may process mobile information only as necessary to deliver and support the Delfingo LLC Job Alerts program and may not use it for their own marketing. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.
Other service providers
Authorized recruiting staff and service providers supporting hosting, storage, security, and communications may process non-SMS information only as needed to operate this careers service. We require service providers to protect information and use it only for authorized services.
Cookies and security
This site uses an essential session cookie for administrator authentication. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Candidate forms do not require an account. We use HTTPS in production, restricted administrator access, private resume storage, and access logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your requests
We retain recruiting information for the recruitment process, operational needs, and applicable legal obligations. Consent and suppression records may be retained to demonstrate consent and continue honoring opt-outs. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of an application. We may verify your identity using information appropriate to your request and evaluate applicable legal retention duties before completing it.
Children and external links
The site is intended for employment-related use and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information for a child under 13. External portfolio or professional profile links have their own privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy as practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. A material change to an SMS purpose or consent disclosure requires a new appropriate choice; prior consent is not permission for unrelated messages.
